Approval Initiated By

The name of the uPerform author who started the workflow

Approved By

 If the document has been approved by one or more reviewers during workflow, the approvers are listed.

Assessment Status

Will show the percentage of the course completed if the end-user exits the course before completing the course and Assessment is not taken.

Binder Name

All uPerform content has an associated binder and a cover page. The uPerform binder contains multiple translations (if available) of a uPerform document. In the binder, the administrator can set default translations, assign group filters, and edit related documents. Content Owner

The uPerform Author assigned to a Task (can be different from the Task Owner)

Content Type Viewed

The published document output type viewed by the end-user. Example: cc:html = Cue Card, HTML; sim:htm = Simulation, HTML; bpp:pdf – PDF version of the BPP output type.

Context Identifiers

- Context-identifiers are stored in the Transaction code property of the uPerform template. Transaction code is a uPerform property used to identify a process

Context Name

- The title of the document that users will see

Context OID -

The portion of the document’s Document Library binder location within the uPerform admin view of the website. Example: http://support-520.prod.shield.com/gm/folder-1.11.2023

Context URL

The complete URL of the document’s Document Library binder location within the uPerform admin view of the website. Example: http://support-520.prod.shield.com/gm/folder1.11.2023

Deleted 

Displays true if the document has been deleted on the uPerform website, or false if not.

Description

The description displays the description entered in the Sour file > Document Properties > Description field

Document Format

Displays the various formats that the document was published in to the end-user website

Document Library Context

Breadcrumb navigation link displaying the document’s location in the admin view of the uPerform website. Includes an embedded link directly to the Document Properties page

Document Status

Shows current state of document: in workflow, being worked on or completed/published.

Document Type -

This is the type of uPerform file created by Authors

Email Address

The user's email address

End Time

The date and time the user completed the Assessment

Expiration

If Retention Periods are enabled, displays date through which content is valid

File Name 

The physical file name of the uPerform document, course or managed document. This is the name given to the file when it was initially created by the uPerform Author

File Size in kB

The size of the viewed uPerform file in kilobytes

Filters

which uPerform filters a user is assigned to

Group Membership

which uPerform Group(s) a user is assigned to.

GUID 

The GUID or Global Unique Identifier specifies the unique ID of each uPerform file (document, course, or template)

Help Connection Profile

The Unique Identifier that connects target external applications to uPerform. This unique identifier is generated on the uPerform website > Administration > Server Administration > Integration Settings > Context Sensitive Help Connection Profiles; The report prints this as the document name, but a hyperlink to the actual document is embedded in the document name to add the ability to easily navigate to the target document.

Hit Count

Displays the number of views of a document output type from the end-user website. Hit count is determined per browser session when logged in as an end-user or when accessing the server as an anonymous user. Hit count does not provide any information on the user who accessed the document.

Language

The language in which the uPerform document was created in, or translated into.

Locked

Will display true when an author locks a document and false when it has been unlocked by an author or administrator

Locker

Displays the name of the uPerform author or administrator who currently has the document locked.

Logical Object Identifier (LOID)

The database object identifier that contains the document’s location within the uPerform website. Example: http://support-520.prod.shield.com/gm/folder1.11.2025?originalContext=1.11.2022

Last author who modified the document

Modified Date

Last date and time the document was modified

Name

File name not title (.udc, .ulc file name)

Number of Hits

Owner

The original author of a document, OR the current author (if Change Owner process was run to change the owner of the document from original owner)

Project 

Folders on the uPerform website with special roles and security settings where content development and management activities are facilitated. Includes document library folders where source content is checked-in and stored, and end-user website folders where published content is accessed.

Project Roles

which uPerform project roles a user is assigned to.

Published 

If the document is published, the Published value is true. If the document is not currently published, the Published value is false.

Published Date

Displays the most recently published date of the current version.

Published Version

Displays the current status of a document’s workflow process when the document is placed into a workflow.

Release

A release is a distribution of new or updated content. They are created at the Project Level and then assigned to content during Task creation

Request Date

This is the date that a uPerform user requested uPerform help documentation using Context Sensitive Help in SAP

Retention Action- Remove Published Content 

Remove Published Content - If Retention Periods are enabled, and if Remove Published Content is selected, displays the selected retention action

Retention Action-Send Notifications 

If Retention Periods are enabled, and if Send Notifications is selected, displays the selected retention action

Score 

The graded result of the end-user’s Assessment

Start Time

The date and time the end-user started the Assessment

Task Due Date

Date the task is due to be completed by task owner

Task Owner 

The uPerform Author or Subject-Matter Expert assigned to a task (does not need to be a named uPerform author in versions > 5.0)

Task Status 

Displays the status for tasks within a specific project

Task Type

Indicates the type of open task on a specific uPerform document

Time Zone

user’s time zone

Translation Enabled

If translation enabled = true, a translated document will appear on the user website. If translation enabled = false, the translated document will not appear on the user website.

uPerform Template

Author templates in ANCILE uPerform control the formatting and publishing options available to authors. Templates allow you to set standards and maintain consistency within your authoring team.

URL 

The Universal Resource Locator (URL) is the hyperlink to the published uPerform document

User Account Status

indicates if the account is active or deactivated (by deleting the user)

User ID

This is the uPerform end-user's account identification that is used to be authenticated as a user in uPerform

User Information Source

Name of the user information source file that created the user

User Name

This is typically the first name and surname that corresponds to the uPerform User ID

User Name 

The name on the end-users’ uPerform account associated with their User ID, or if authentication is set to anonymous, the name the end-user entered in the Course launch page User Name field.

Version Name 

The values are user-customizable and may be determined in the Template > Properties > Version Name

Version Number

Version numbers are automatically assigned when a document is checked in to the uPerform server. Each new change by an author increments the document’s version number by a whole number. A minor version number (i.e. 1.1, 2.1) occurs when glossary globalization is run and updates the document.

Version Number Viewed

When a new version of a document is checked in, the version number will be incremented. The version number that the end-user viewed is displayed in this field.

View Current Hits

The word "View" appears with a hyperlink embedded, which when selected will open the Search page on the end-user website to display any current results of a search on that document.

Viewed by

This is the uPerform end-user's account identification (User ID) that is used to be authenticated as a user in uPerform

Viewed On 

Displays the date and time that the end-user viewed the document on the end-user website.

Breadcrumb navigation link displaying where website context for the document is assigned and where the document will be displayed on the end-user website when published.

Workflow Sequence

 The names of the workflow approvers in the order in which they will receive review and approval notifications.

Workflow Start Date

The date the workflow was started.

Workflow Status

- If the document is still within an active workflow, the next approver in the sequence is displayed.
