System or project administrators can ensure the Learning Library end user website content is current by setting project or system-level retention policies. Once the content has reached the retention policy, the Server can create an edit content task for the expired, published content.
- Create a retention policy.
Refer to Setting a Retention Policy in the companion manual Managing Content for more information.
- Select the Create Edit Content Task option to create an edit content task for the expired, published content.
- Enter the Edit Content Task Duration, as needed.
- Select the Edit Content Task Release, as needed.
