Creating an Edit Content Task for Retention Policies

System or project administrators can ensure the Learning Library end user website content is current by setting project or system-level retention policies. Once the content has reached the retention policy, the Server can create an edit content task for the expired, published content.

1. Create a retention policy.

   NOTE:

   Refer to Setting a Retention Policy in the companion manual Managing Content for more information.

2. Select the Create Edit Content Task option to create an edit content task for the expired, published content.
3. Enter the Edit Content Task Duration, as needed.
4. Select the Edit Content Task Release, as needed.
