Specifying Default Publication Caption Settings

  1. Select a caption in the list.
  2. Click Select Phrase.
  3. Perform one of the following options:

    If You Want To

    Then

    Add a custom phrase to use for the caption
    1. Click Add....
    2. Select a language from the left.
    3. Enter the text in the Content field.
    4. Click OK.

    Select a phrase to use for the caption
    1. Select a Language from the drop-down list.
    2. Select a Phrase from the listbox.

      NOTE: You can also enter text into the Phrases field to perform a search.

    3. Click OK.
  4. Select File > Save to save the template.
