Help Request reports display context-sensitive help requests received in the past three months. An administrator can adjust the time range to display a shorter or longer date range.
- Click Reports on the navigation bar of the Management Center.
- Click Help Request Report.
- Click Save As.
- Edit the Report Name and Description, as needed.
- Click Next.
- Review the selected columns.
- Click Next.
- Click Add Filter.
- Select Timestamp from the first drop-down menu.
- Select After from the second drop-down menu.
- Select a date from the calendar.
- Click Save.
- Click Save and Run to view the new report.
