Activating and Deactivating Statistics Capture for the Entire System
- Start the transaction using transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Perform one of the following:

Activate statistics capture for the
entire system1. Select the Capture Statistics checkbox.
2. Go to Step 3.Deactivate statistics capture for the
entire system1. Deselect the Capture Statistics checkbox.
2. Go to Step 4. - Optionally, select the with userid checkbox.
NOTE:
Clicking this checkbox will add the username to the collected statistics record. If legal requirements prevent your collecting this information, do not check this box.
- Click System Setup Settings.
- Click OK.
Activating and Deactivating Statistics Capture for a Server
- Start the transaction using transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Server Setup.
- Toggle the button below Work with individual servers to display uPerform.
- Click

- Select the name of the desired help server.

Create a Statistics Graph
Statistics capturing must be activated. Refer to Working with Help Usages Statistic and Activating and Deactivating Statistics Capture for a Server for more information.
The SAP graphing method available via the SAP Business Graphics window can graph up to 33 different objects. If your selected criteria exceed this number, an error message will be displayed. In this case, you can download the statistics for manipulation in an external graphing system or reduce the number of objects by specifying additional filters. Refer to “Downloading the Statistics Tables” on page 293 for information on the download process.
Exported statistics results are useful if you want to import the results into Microsoft Excel for analysis and graphing.
- Start the transaction using transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Statistics.
NOTE:
The Statistical Snapshot portion of the screen enables you to quickly display a list or graph of pertinent information.The No-Help Quick Content, Infopak Help Count, and Total Help Count functionalities are not available in uPerform. To view a list of transactions for which help was requested, click uPerform Help Count.

- Click Stats to Disk or Stats to EXCEL.
Reviewing Additional Statistics Information
- Start the transaction using transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Statistics.
- Click the More Info tab.
- Perform one or more of the following options:
If You Want To

Display those transactions which have
help available but this help has not
been requestedClick Help with no statistics to review the list
of transactions.Display, and potentially delete, servers
that no longer exist in the system but
have associated statistical records1. Click Deleted servers in statistics.
2. Review the list of servers and, as desired, mark the server(s) for deletion.Display a list of servers that do not
have statistics.Click Servers with Statistics off - Count.
Downloading the Statistics Tables
- Start the transaction using transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Statistics.
- Select the File work tab.
- Click Backup file.
NOTE:
The file is downloaded to the C: drive. The filename format is stats_bkup_yearmonthdate_time.txt.

Clearing the Statistics Table
- Start the transaction using transaction code /n/RWD/ZF0.
- Click Statistics.
- Select the File work tab.
- Choose from the following options:

Clear or save a file by year
Click Clear/Save File by Year, and go to
