Project administrators can create and assign tasks using the ServerManagement Center. Tasks can only be assigned to users within the Management Center. Tasks provide a detailed description of what has been assigned to you for a given project. Create content tasks can be assigned to create new documents, courses, or managed documents or to translate an existing document. Edit content tasks can be assigned for existing content that needs to be updated. Review content tasks can be assigned for existing content that needs to be reviewed by specfic users.
You can view and manage assigned tasks from the Task List in the Rapid Recorder. Tasks also can be viewed from the Editor and the ServerDashboard page of the Management Center, if applicable. via the My Tasks widget or within the project via the My Projects widget. Refer to Introduction To The Management Center for more information.

NOTE:
The Server Log In window displays if you have not authenticated in the current browser. Click the Sign in with button that corresponds to your authentication method. Enter your username and password in your authentication method.

- Review the following fields in the Task List:
Field
Description
Name
Displays the task name.
If a description for the task was included, you can view the description by clicking the down arrow to the right of the task name.
Content Type
Displays the type of content being created or edited by the assigned task.
NOTE: OnlyCourse and document tasks will be available from the Task List in Rapid Recorder.
Task type
Displays the type of task assigned.
Language
Displays the language associated with the content.
Due Date
Displays the date the assigned task is due.
