The following glossary reports are available to allow you to report on term usage and undefined or unused terms:
- Term Usage: Displays documents that include a particular term.
- Undefined Terms: Displays terms found during globalization that do not have a definition or an assigned context.
- Unused Terms: Displays terms that are not used in any globalized document.
- Term Summary by Project: Displays terms used in all projects in the instance.
In addition, from the Globalization History list, you can click on View All New Terms or View All Undefined Terms to view a summary of all new terms and all undefined terms from the current day. Refer to Viewing the Globalize History for more information.
All of the reports have the same basic navigation options described below:

Viewing Term Usage
- Click Glossary on the navigation bar of the Management Center.
- Enter the term in the Find Term field.
- Click Search.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the action button.
- Click View Term Usage.
- Review the following information:

Description
Document
The name of the document in which the term is used.
Click on the document name to go to the document cover page.
Date Last Modified
Date and time of the last document modification.
Last Modified By
Name of the author who last modified the document.
Viewing Undefined Terms
- Click Glossary on the navigation bar of the Management Center.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the action button.
- Click View Undefined Terms.
- Review the following information:

The undefined term.
Click on the term name to go to the term page.
Date Last Modified
Date and time of the last term modification.
Viewing Unused Terms
- Click Glossary on the navigation bar of the Management Center.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the action button.
- Click View Unused Terms .
- Review the following information:

Term
The unused term.
Click on the term name to go to the term page.
Date Last Modified
Date and time of the last term modification.
Number of Definitions
Number of definitions in the database for each term.
Viewing Term Summary by Project

- Click Glossary on the navigation bar of the Management Center.
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the action button.
- Click View Term Summary by Project .
- Choose one of the following options:

View Existing
Click to view the existing term summary database.
Rebuild
Click to rebuild the term summary database.
NOTE:
The information is displayed in the browser in XML format.
- Save the XML using the browser save function.
NOTE:
You may be prompted to save the file or right click and select Save as....
- Open the file with Microsoft Excel and review the following information for each project sheet displayed:

Name of the term.
Context
Context in which the term is used.
Default Language
Language specified in the glossary configuration and the definition for the term in this language.
Other Languages
Additional definitions in other languages.
