Starting the Rapid Recorder – Product Manuals

Click the Start menu.

Select [application] > [application] Rapid Recorder.

NOTE:

The Server Log In window displays if you have not authenticated in the current browser. Click the Sign in with button that corresponds to your authentication method. Enter your username and password in your authentication method.

Select Start > Programs > Rapid Recorder.

NOTE:

Optionally, you can open Rapid Recorder from the task notification email.
Select a task from the Task List.
Click Open.

Click

to start recording.

NOTE:

If the template's simulation maximum screen height and width do not match the screen height and width of your primary screen, you will receive a warning message. To capture the best image quality, your primary screen's settings should match those used in the template. If you ignore the warning and continue recording without changing the screen settings, the image quality will be impacted. For more information on the template's simulation maximum screen height and width, contact your Project Administrator.
