- Verify that the desired option, Logon Alerts, Standards Alerts, and/or Notifications has been selected.
- If using alerts for specific servers or Auto Notifications, check that the servers for the Alerts and Notes are activated.
- Logon Alerts, Standard Alerts, and Auto Notifications can be created and distributed based upon the logon language of the user. If a language option is not specified, the default language is EN (English).
- Build the content.
- Build the alert or the note.
