The following table lists the standard Help Launchpad error messages and suggested resolutions.

A user has attempted to specify a help server when none exist. The administrator must first create help servers. |
An error occurred with the database operation of the user parameter. |
An internal SAP database error occurred while attempting to store the user's selected help server. Contact your Basis team for any database problems. |

SAP does not support the specified platform on the user's computer. |

Perform one or more of the following: de-activate the language option, verify that the user selected the correct language, verify that the server has been assigned the correct language, or create a server that matches the user's language. |
Cannot locate temp directory to launch browser. Contact an administrator. |
The user has attempted to access custom help from a help server with the Browser (controlled) mode specified. The user does not have permission to download a required file to the computer. Resolve the permission issue on the user's computer or, if the access restriction is a result of company policy, specify a different launch mode. |
No server found with your Class specification. Contact an administrator. |
The user has attempted to access custom help, but no server matches the assigned class. Review the server assignments. |
Cannot resolve language and selected server. Contact an administrator. |
The user selected a language, and none of the available help servers matches this language. Perform one or more of the following: de-activate the language option, identify or create a server with the selected language, or direct the user to the appropriate language to select. |
